Becoming well is a spiritual progress, not just a clinical process.
Jonah's approach is centered in helping you listen deeply to the wisdom present within you. His practice supports your intention-setting, and your learning from the experiences and insights of your journeys – so that you can channel your discoveries into a life of renewed and increased understanding, purpose, meaning, peace, and vitality.
